PTSD Treatment in Lincoln, NE

Post-traumatic stress can affect sleep, relationships, school or work, and everyday life. At Nebraska Peace of Mind, our trauma-informed team helps children, teens, and adults process experiences, reduce symptoms, and rebuild a sense of safety and control. We combine therapy and medication management when appropriate, and we partner closely with families and caregivers.
