Initial Spravato Assessment
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to determine eligibility for Spravato® treatment. Includes review of treatment history, clinical assessment, and REMS steps if appropriate.
Self-pay professional fee only. Does not include medication, therapy, or separate medication management visits.
Treatment Session + 2-Hour Observation
In-clinic Spravato® session with required two-hour observation, vital sign monitoring, and provider oversight in compliance with REMS requirements.
Self-pay professional fee only. Medication cost is billed separately through the dispensing pharmacy.
Re-Assessment (Around Week 6)
Clinical reassessment to evaluate response, tolerability, and next steps for continuation or maintenance.
Does not include medication management visits, therapy sessions, or medication cost.

Your exact schedule is determined by your provider based on clinical response and safety. The initial assessment and re-assessment are separate visits.

These self-pay rates reflect professional services provided in our clinic and do not include the cost of Spravato® (esketamine) medication. Spravato® is dispensed by a REMS-certified pharmacy and billed separately. Insurance coverage and manufacturer assistance programs may reduce medication cost.
