Partner with a team thatβs raising the standard of mental health care
Nebraska Peace of Mind partners with exceptional clinicians who want autonomy, a supportive environment, and operations that make it easier to focus on patient care.
Opportunities for clinicians
Psychologists
Testing, assessment, diagnostics, and therapy with strong operational support.
Therapists
Individual, family, and child/adolescent therapy in a calm, supportive setting.
PMHNPs
Medication management with clear workflows, access support, and collaboration.
MDs / Psychiatrists
Psych evaluations, med management, and consultative collaboration as needed.
A transparent approach to provider compensation
Nebraska Peace of Mind does not charge providers a monthly subscription fee. We negotiate group-level reimbursement rates with insurance companies and offer each provider a clear, agreed-upon payout percentage. When an insurer pays more than the provider payout, Nebraska Peace of Mind keeps the difference to support billing, credentialing, scheduling, marketing, technology, facilities, and day-to-day operations.
Your payout is clear
Your agreed payout percentage is established before you begin seeing patients.
Rates vary by claim
Insurance reimbursement varies by payer, state, service, and CPT code.
Our portion also varies
Our revenue depends on the rates we negotiate. On lower-paying plans, some sessions may produce little or no revenue for the practice.

Where clinical excellence meets thoughtful technology
We use AI-enabled tools to reduce administrative burden, improve access, and strengthen care, without replacing clinical judgment or the human connection.
Our approach to technology
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care while supporting clinicians in doing their best work. Technology plays a role in that mission, but only when used responsibly, transparently, and under clinical oversight.
We thoughtfully integrate AI-assisted tools into operations to support intake, scheduling workflows, documentation organization, and operational consistency. These tools are designed to support clinicians, not replace them.
How AI supports our clinicians
- Reduces administrative burden so clinicians can focus on care
- Supports consistent intake and documentation workflows
- Improves access and patient experience from the first interaction
- Assists operational teams with scheduling, communication, and follow-up
- Enhances continuity and organization β not clinical decision-making
Our guiding principles
Tools are reviewed and overseen by clinical leadership to support ethical, evidence-informed care.
AI does not provide therapy. Patients receive care from licensed clinicians.
Tools are evaluated for privacy, security, and healthcare compliance before use in workflows.
We are mindful of bias and use tools in ways that do not replace individualized assessment.
We communicate clearly about where technology is used and why.
Clinical responsibility remains with the treating clinician at all times.
What our AI does not do
- Provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment
- Make clinical decisions or replace clinical judgment
- Replace licensed clinicians or the therapeutic relationship
- Communicate therapeutically with patients on behalf of providers
