Industry Representative Guidelines

To protect patient privacy and maintain an environment of uninterrupted care, we strictly adhere to the following visitation protocols.

Clinic Visitation Standards

We value our industry partnerships and thank you for respecting the therapeutic nature of our practice.

Scheduled Access Only

  • Lunch Presentations: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM
  • Breakfast Presentations: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:15 AM – 8:45 AM
  • Coffee Hours: Tuesday & Thursday, 8:15 AM – 8:45 AM

Professional Expectations

  • Frequency: Appointments are limited to one visit (Breakfast or Lunch) per representative, per month.
  • Time Limits: All interactions are capped at 30 minutes to maintain clinical workflows.
  • No Walk-ins: Unscheduled visits or in-person requests for same-day rescheduling will not be accommodated.
  • Samples: All medication samples must be formally checked in at the front desk. Do not leave items in break rooms or provider offices.
  • Atmosphere: Please maintain quiet, professional tones in all common areas and hallways.
